Aggregator for instant crypto swaps.
Swapzone is a cryptocurrency exchange aggregator launched in 2019, not a direct exchange. As of 2026-05-30, it pulls real-time rates from 18+ non-custodial instant swap providers-including ChangeNOW, LetsExchange, Changelly, StealthEX, and SimpleSwap-into a single comparison interface. Users select an offer, send funds from their self-custody wallet, and receive swapped assets directly; Swapzone never takes custody of funds. The platform also offers a crypto API for third-party integrations and publishes benchmark reports on swap execution speeds across providers.
Swapzone itself requires no registration, email, or identity verification to use its comparison tool. However, the actual KYC exposure depends entirely on the selected partner exchange. Some integrated providers execute swaps without KYC below certain thresholds, while others may trigger identity verification mid-transaction for larger amounts or suspicious activity. Swapzone's own blog acknowledges this variance, listing "no-KYC" exchanges while noting that the broader industry has shifted toward mandatory verification. The platform does not filter or prominently flag which partners are KYC-free versus KYC-required at what limits, leaving users to discover requirements only after selecting an offer. This makes Swapzone a "KYC-agnostic" gateway rather than a guaranteed no-KYC solution.
Swapzone's privacy policy discloses collection of wallet addresses, IP addresses, and transaction data. The terms of service explicitly prohibit money laundering and illegal activities, and the platform reserves the right to process user data including for KYB (Know Your Business) procedures. Because swaps route through third-party providers, those partners receive wallet addresses and transaction details independently. In 2025, security firm Bolster identified a JavaScript-based scam abusing Swapzone's brand name-the "Profit Trick" web-inject-which hijacked live DOM elements to steal funds. This was an external phishing attack, not a platform breach, but it indicates Swapzone's brand is actively targeted by scammers. No Tor or .onion service is offered.
Swapzone advertises "zero fees" on its interface, which is technically accurate in that the platform does not add a separate markup. Revenue comes from affiliate commissions built into the partner rates displayed. A 2026 investigation analyzing $1 million in test swaps found that advertised fees typically represent only 30-50% of actual transaction costs; hidden costs including spread markup, rate padding, network fee inflation, and slippage can extract 1-5% per swap. Swapzone's own blog transparently discusses these hidden fee structures while positioning its comparison tool as mitigation. Minimum and maximum swap limits vary by provider and pair; no universal limits apply across the platform. No fiat on-ramp or cash payment options are available-only crypto-to-crypto swaps.
The interface requires no account creation: users select a pair, view aggregated offers with estimated delivery times and provider ratings, and proceed to the selected partner's flow. Trustpilot shows 541+ reviews with a generally positive trend; third-party sources cite a 4.7/5 rating with over 525 reviews as of early 2026, with users praising speed and responsive support. However, the fixed-versus-floating rate choice trips up some users-floating rates may deviate during delayed transactions, and a 2026 Swapzone report found median USDT-to-ETH swaps take 45 minutes across non-custodial platforms, exposing users to "rate deviation." Support channels include Telegram, Reddit, Discord, and email, though response quality varies by urgency.
Swapzone suits users who already hold cryptocurrency and want to compare rates across multiple instant swap providers without creating accounts at each. It is less suitable for privacy-maximalists seeking guaranteed no-KYC execution, as KYC requirements are opaque and partner-dependent. Those swapping large amounts or requiring consistent fee predictability may prefer direct exchange relationships. Users comfortable with self-custody wallets and willing to verify partner terms case-by-case will get the most value.
Light identity checks on signup.
Swapzone itself collects IP addresses, wallet addresses, and transaction data per its privacy policy, and routes swap execution to third-party providers with independent data practices. The platform's KYC stance is effectively neutral: it imposes no verification itself but integrates partners that may require KYC without transparent pre-disclosure, creating variable privacy exposure users must manually assess per transaction.

Verdict
Swapzone works best as a rate-comparison tool for existing crypto holders who value convenience over guaranteed anonymity. Privacy-conscious users should treat it as a starting point rather than a destination-verify each partner's KYC policy before confirming any swap, and consider direct no-KYC exchanges for sensitive transactions.

aggregator is fine but you never know which partner will demand kyc mid-swap. had to abort one with changelly after they froze the tx. compare rates here but verify the actual exchange first.

used swapzone for a btc to xmr swap last month. clean interface, got a better rate than going direct to steathlex. no account nonsense. just works.

they log ips and wallet addresses per their own policy. also no tor site. for serious privacy i'd skip aggregators entirely and use bisq or localmonero.

good for quick rate checks across providers. support actually responded when simpleswap delayed my eth. the fixed vs floating rate thing is confusing though, lost a few bucks on slippage once.
