What is EasyBit

EasyBit operates as a non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange service allowing users to swap between digital assets without maintaining a wallet on the platform. As of 2026-05-30, the service supports 350+ coins and 350²+ pairs according to its BestChange listing, with claims of best-rate aggregation and average transaction processing around five minutes. The platform offers a web interface, mobile application, and REST API for third-party integrations. EasyBit Solutions Inc. operates the service, with terms last updated March 2024 and privacy policy last updated November 2023.

How no-KYC is it?

EasyBit does not market itself as a no-KYC or KYC-free service. The platform requires only an email address for basic registration, with sign-in and sign-up flows prominently displayed across all pages. However, the registration process explicitly requires agreement to Terms of Service, AML Policy, and Privacy Policy. The presence of a dedicated AML Policy page and volume-based account tiers suggests a compliance framework that may trigger identity verification at certain thresholds. The older kycnot.me classification of "Shotgun KYC" appears consistent with this structure: minimal barriers for small transactions, with escalating requirements for higher volumes. Users seeking anonymous or KYC-free swapping should treat this as Soft KYC at best, not a privacy-first service.

Privacy & security

The privacy policy emphasizes transparency and user control, though the full text was truncated in the crawl. The platform collects email addresses at minimum and likely processes transaction data, IP addresses, and device information given standard web operations. No Tor (.onion) service is mentioned. The non-custodial model reduces custody risk-users deposit to temporary addresses for specific swaps rather than maintaining balances. The "Volatility Protection Mode" feature appears designed to shield users from price slippage during processing windows. External signals are mixed: BestChange shows 505 reviews with a 0.055 financial claim rate over 6 years 6 months of operation, while FinMarkets aggregates a 4.6/5 star rating from 40 reviews. However, a Bitcointalk thread alleges scam behavior and lack of transparency, and TradersUnion's May 2026 review notes reputation challenges. The API documentation indicates rate limiting but no unusual security architecture.

Payments, fees & limits

EasyBit's fee structure operates on volume-oriented tiers. The base exchange fee for guest/unregistered users is 0.2%, higher than the 0.1% claimed in older source data. Registered accounts with monthly volume progression can reduce this rate. Network fees are separate but displayed as included in the "You Receive" amount. The platform supports "Multiple Networks" per coin, suggesting multi-chain deposits for assets like USDT. No fiat on-ramp via card or bank transfer is evident from the crawl-this is crypto-to-crypto only. No minimum or maximum limits were specified in the captured pages. The deposit window for each order is two hours.

User experience & support

The interface supports six languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Russian. The swap flow follows a three-step process: select coins and amounts, enter receiving address, deposit to provided address within two hours. Live price tracking updates every 30 seconds with 24h through 1y chart options. An affiliate program rewards referrals. Support channels include FAQ and contact form, with 24/7 support claimed on BestChange. The API requires manual key request through support, suggesting limited self-service for developers. Mobile app availability is referenced but not detailed in the crawl.

Who it's for

EasyBit suits users who want quick crypto-to-crypto swaps with competitive rates and can accept email registration plus potential future KYC triggers. It does not serve those seeking fully anonymous, no-KYC, or cash-based transactions. The volume discount structure rewards frequent traders. Developers can integrate via API, though the manual key provisioning adds friction. Privacy-conscious users should weigh the email requirement and AML policy against the non-custodial architecture and evaluate whether the 0.2% base fee justifies the service over alternatives with stricter no-KYC policies.

KYC & privacy

L4 Soft KYC

Light identity checks on signup.

EasyBit requires email registration and explicit acceptance of AML and privacy policies, placing it in Soft KYC territory rather than KYC-free. The November 2023 privacy policy claims transparency and user control, but standard web data collection likely occurs. No logging practices or data retention periods were specified in the captured crawl.

Verdict

EasyBit works for traders prioritizing speed and rate aggregation over strict anonymity, but falls short of true no-KYC standards. Those needing KYC-free swaps should compare against alternatives like fixed-float or sideshift.ai that require no email or account creation.

Frequently asked questions

Is EasyBit no-KYC?
No. EasyBit requires email registration and enforces AML policies, with volume-based tiers that may trigger additional verification. It is best described as Soft KYC, not KYC-free.
Does EasyBit require ID or email?
Email is required for account creation. No government ID is requested at registration, but the AML Policy and tiered volume structure suggest ID may be required for higher limits.
What payment methods does EasyBit accept?
EasyBit accepts cryptocurrency deposits only. There is no evidence of fiat payment methods like cards, bank transfers, or cash in the current crawl.
Is EasyBit safe?
The non-custodial model reduces custody risk, but external reviews are mixed. BestChange shows long operation history with low claim rates, while Bitcointalk and some review sites raise scam concerns. Users should verify receiving addresses and start with small amounts.
Is EasyBit still operating in 2026?
Yes. As of 2026-05-30, the official site is operational, API documentation is current, and third-party monitors list active exchange rates and reserves.

Email signup is a dealbreaker for true privacy. Swaps work fine but i had to use a throwaway. Not really no-KYC in my book.

Rates are competitive and the five minute average holds up in my experience. The 0.2% fee is acceptable for the convenience.

Saw the Bitcointalk thread before using. Did a small test swap and it went through, but the AML policy language makes me nervous about larger amounts.

API integration was straightforward for my project. Support responded within a day for the key request. Volume discounts kicked in after month two.
