What is LetsExchange

LetsExchange is an instant cryptocurrency exchange aggregator founded in 2021 and operated by CryptoLightHouse Ltd., registered in the Republic of Seychelles. As of 2026-05-30, the platform advertises support for 6,027+ cryptocurrencies, positioning itself as the largest selection among instant swap services. The core product is a non-custodial exchange widget that allows users to swap crypto without depositing funds to an exchange wallet. Additional features include cross-chain swaps between blockchains, a Telegram exchange bot, DEX mode, crypto-fiat buy/sell functionality, and business tools such as an affiliate program and API for partners.

The platform serves users from 170+ countries and claims a 4.7 Trustpilot rating based on customer reviews. It has established partnerships with industry players including Trezor/Invity and HashPack, the latter integrating LetsExchange's API for cross-chain swaps within the Hedera wallet interface as of early 2026.

How no-KYC is it?

LetsExchange occupies a middle ground on the KYC spectrum that the older kycnot.me source labeled "Shotgun KYC." The official FAQ explicitly states that registration and verification are not required to swap crypto, and multiple third-party sources classify it as "Anonymous Access" or no-registration for basic swaps. However, the platform maintains a published KYC/AML Policy, and its Privacy Policy defines "Personal Information" broadly to include name, email, phone number, and other identifiers. The non-kyc.com listing notes a minimum trade amount of $120 for no-KYC exchanges, suggesting thresholds may trigger additional scrutiny. The platform's cooperation with AMLBot for compliance efficiency (publicized in 2023-2024) indicates automated risk scoring that may prompt selective identity verification. For privacy-conscious users, this means small crypto-to-crypto swaps likely proceed without documentation, but larger volumes or fiat transactions may trigger soft-KYC requests.

Privacy & security

LetsExchange emphasizes non-custodial swaps where users retain control of private keys, with funds sent directly between user wallets. The platform states it does not block funds and provides detailed fee breakdowns in the exchange rate calculation. Privacy claims include swapping "without exposing your private keys and personal data."

However, the Privacy Policy (last updated October 1, 2024) reveals substantial data collection: personal identifiers, transaction data, and usage information are collected, processed, and shared as controller by CryptoLightHouse Ltd. The policy reserves broad rights for data usage and updates. No explicit logging policy for IP addresses or blockchain analysis partnerships is disclosed in the crawled pages. The platform does not appear to offer Tor/.onion access, operating solely on clearnet.

Security incidents in the evidence are limited to user-level complaints: a 2021 Reddit post described a deposit address expiration issue with USDT (TRC20), though this appears to be a transaction timing problem rather than a platform breach. Trustpilot reviews generally praise customer service responsiveness in resolving issues.

Payments, fees & limits

Crypto-to-crypto swaps require no registration and carry no stated minimum in the official copy, though third-party sources cite a $120 minimum for no-KYC transactions. The platform offers both market rates (best available) and fixed-rate options (guaranteed amount). Fees are embedded in the exchange rate rather than charged separately, with claims of "no hidden fees" and competitive rates due to SmartRate aggregation across liquidity providers.

Fiat functionality is available for 60+ currencies including USD and EUR, processed through integrated third-party providers rather than native banking. The platform advertises buying and selling crypto with fiat, though specific payment methods (card, SEPA, etc.) are not detailed in the crawled pages. Promo codes offering cashback on swap volumes are available through quest completion on Zealy and QuestN platforms, requiring social media engagement and account registration.

No maximum limits are advertised, with the platform noting profitability for "big sums." Cross-chain swaps and DEX mode expand transaction types beyond simple same-chain exchanges.

User experience & support

The exchange widget follows a standard three-step flow: select currencies, enter recipient address, send deposit. Status tracking is available via Swap ID. Optional account creation unlocks swap history, affiliate program access, portfolio features, and favorite pairs.

Customer support operates 24/7 via chat and email, with Trustpilot reviews frequently highlighting responsive assistance for transaction issues (e.g., missing Memos, cross-chain guidance). The platform maintains an active Reddit community (r/LetsExchange) and Telegram bot for alternative access channels. Educational content includes blog guides for purchasing specific cryptocurrencies and using platform features.

Who it's for

LetsExchange suits users prioritizing coin selection breadth over absolute anonymity. The 6,027+ supported assets including Monero, Zcash, and Dash appeal to privacy-coin holders needing swap liquidity. Casual traders benefit from the no-registration option for small crypto-to-crypto exchanges. Fiat on/off-ramp functionality attracts users needing entry/exit ramps, though with greater KYC exposure. Business users and developers can leverage the API, widget constructor, and affiliate program. Those requiring guaranteed privacy should verify current KYC thresholds before large transactions and consider the Seychelles jurisdiction's limited regulatory oversight.

used the telegram bot for a quick btc to xmr swap, no registration needed. took about 12 minutes. cross-chain is convenient when you need it.

the no-registration claim is technically true but the kyc/aml policy page exists for a reason. seychelles jurisdiction doesnt inspire confidence if something goes wrong. rates are decent though.

6k+ coins is no joke if you need obscure alts. fiat buy worked with card but had to verify through their partner. pure crypto swaps remain smooth.
